1.  Complete free voice assessment
      This 10-minute evaluation conducted over the telephone measures
      voice quality and your ability to interact with customers over the
      phone.

2.  Background check
     Arise will not do business with any companies whose Independent
     Business Owners have been convicted, pled guilty, or pled no
     contest to any felony, or certain misdemeanor charges, including
     but not limited to theft, fraud, drug, violence or other similar
     violations.  In addition, certain Arise clients require background
     checks in order to access their systems and interact with their
     customers.  Therefore, a background check is required.

3.  Take CSP 101
     CSP 101 is the Arise basic certification course.  It covers all the skills
     and information you need to know about Arise and its systems before
     providing services for an Independent Business within the Arise
     Network.

NOTE:  We are not currently accepting new profiles from residents in
the states of:  California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, and Oregon.

WORK-FROM-HOME

These opportunities are not "employment" with the Arise company nor with the Future Legacy Alliance.  Arise partners with companies like the Future Legacy Alliance, which is a small, homebased business run by people like you.

Arise provides technology and business infrastructure which allows other companies like the Future Legacy Alliance and its agents the opportunity to provide call center services to large Fortune 500 companies from their homes.

As with any business, there are investments required.  Compared to the costs of other small business start-ups, which can range into the thousands of dollars, the cost to register your company to use the Arise platform is small.

The average investment to launch your own call center solutions company is $395-$625.

  • $40 per month fee for access to the Arise platform

  • Background check...$7.95

  • HIgh-speed Internet...$50 (of course this varies)

  • Phone Equipment-Keypad and VoIP/Gaming headset...$35-$100 (varies)

  • Dedicated services phone line:  $18 (varies)

  • Client Program Cetification course...$19.99-$249.00 (your choice)

  • Incorporation of Company...$100-$350 (varies by state)

  • A desktop/tower computer or laptop.  A seperate monitor is recommended.  Netbooks and tablets are prohibited from use.

  • USB headset with microphone (required for certification)-
    Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar brands are recommended.

  • Hard-wired telephone and headset (required for production)
    Plantronics T10 or similar is recommended.

    Note:  Google Chrome browsers are not compatible with the Arise platform.

You must have hard-wired broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection.  A hard-wired land line telephone service is also required.
